Embattled Malava Member of Parliament Malulu Injendi has been asked to listen to the cries of the people and find solutions to the issues afflicting them instead of hiding behind the Kenya Kwanza administration.
Speaking at Shamoni Friends Church in South Kabras ward on Sunday, parliamentary hopeful Benjamin Nalwa loudly wondered why Malulu had turned his back and given a deaf ear to the people who elected him to office for three consecutive terms while trying to appease the seniors in government.

This comes in the wake up of claims that legislators were taking bribes to pass punitive laws to their people as Malulu who was also on parliamentary select Committee that investigated the fake fertiliser scandal and voted to sanitize cabinet secretary Mithika Linturi faces hard times at home not to be seen in public functions.
Nalwa noted that poor road infrastructure, needy but bright children fees problems and the depreciating academic standards in the area be among the key issues that should get attention from the leader.
Nalwa also took time to express his displeasure over the rising exploitation cases by millers to farmers who have made lives unbearable by scandalizing the whole issue of permit issuance where you are forced to part with huge bribes and at times delayed payment for the produce after delivery.
He urged management of the two sugar factories of Butali and West Kenya situated in Malava subcounty to address the farmers concerns immediately.
