PS Inyangala Dishes Out Millions to Shirugu, Mutsuma Schools

The principal secretary state department for higher education Dr. Beatrice Inyangala has in the recent past been stamping authority both on the platform as she speaks to the masses and in terms of development to the people a thing that is endearing her well with the electorates who now say she is ripe for the gubernatorial contest in 2027.

Inyangala, it is clear, she is now the “in charge”, and as late as yesterday, she was on the ground in Malava subcounty dishing development to the people, where Shirugu and Mutsuma primary schools benefited from Kshs 1 million each funding from the education ministry through her efforts.

It is just recently that Manyonje secondary and Mayuge where in the company of the then basic education counterpart who has since been moved to tourism docket prof Julius Bitok she lobbied for millions to be delivered for infrastructure improvement.

Other schools that have benefited from her efforts are Luandeti, Tombo, and Shivanga secondary, and each got Kshs. 2 million.

Apart from schools, Inyangala has initiated an education program fully funded by herself where bright but needy children are benefiting from her personal pocket.

It is evident that her docket has seen a lot of positive changes, and the biggest beneficiaries are parents with children in institutions of higher learning as tuition fees are reduced drastically, making education more affordable.

Inyangala, the darling of many, is also involved in finding self-help groups, and many say she is touching many livehoods positively.

Many heads have her name as the person who helped them secure employment opportunities, international scholarships, and opportunities in universities within the country.

In sports, last year, a mother of all tournaments was held, and her name and that of her son where millions were splashed and talents nurtured.

Be it as it may, many of the electorates are of the opinion she tries a hand in politics and this time as the governor of Kenyas second largest county of Kakamega that is under Fernandes Barasa who may say has lost a grip of the public and is likely to call it a day in 2027 general elections.

Inyangala in run up to 2022 elections was picked as the running to then senator of Kakamega Cleophas Malala who came seconda after Barasa.

Inyangala, if she makes a move, many argue that she is a force to reckon and be at any given time wished away in the area politics.

Her master of all local languages, knowing what to say ,when and where, has made her an intelligent politician and a public servant.

Every other politician is struggling to catch her eye with the hope of her endorsement as her word is now being by many as final if the two recent by-elections are anything to go by.

Many say her mobilisation skills are advanced, and it is time the northern part of county ascended to power through her.

The Northen subcounties include Navakholo,Shinyalu,Malava,Lurambi,Lugari, and likuyani, and having been born in Navakholo, and married in Malava it gives her a headstart.
