Good news as construction of West Kabras sub-county headquarters set for July 30

The National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) will on Wednesday, July 30 launch the construction of the new West Kabras sub-county headquarters at Shikutse market.

Constituency manager Humprey Sechelo has urged residents to come out in large numbers to witness the groundbreaking ceremony.

The ceremony will be graced by national government officials among them newly posted Deputy County Commissioner and other top dignitaries.

Also, local leaders have been asked to come out as the new sub-county attains a bigger milestone since it was founded and gazetted.

This will be the first ever building, and Sechelo revealed that it was among the projects that had been identified by the late Malava Member of Parliament Moses Malulu Injendi.

Injendi died in February this year following a short illness.
