South Kabras enjoys free medical camp

Hundreds of residents of the South Kabras ward in Malava subcounty of Kakamega flocked a free medical camp sponsored by Simon Kangwana a parliamentary aspirant who is seeking to replace late Mp Malulu Injendi in a by-election that is likely to be held before the end of this year.

The camp held at Chevoso grounds saw individuals with various ailments receive free treatment, and others tested and advised on the next medical need for their better health.

Blood pressure,dental assessment, eye checkup,blood sugar, and diabetes were among the diseases that were given attention at the camp and drugs given.

Doctors, nurses, and caregivers from the Village of Hope Hospital present attended to all patients also registering them with the national medical scheme Social Health Authority (Sha).

Kangwana, who was present, said that a healthy society will always progress positively than an ailing one promising to give priority to education and health should he be voted as the next member of Parliament.
