Ndakwa will win Malava MP seat, Farouk Kibet optimistic
The United Democratic Alliance party aspirant in the race to replace the late Malava member of Parliament Malulu Injendi is likely to emerge victorious with a higher margin in the by-election set for November 27th this year.
David Ndakwa popularity is rising day and night following a spirited campaign being led by the president William Ruto aide Farouk Kibet, whose sustained forays in the area is tilting the outcome of the election in his favour.
Kibet is present in every village of a constituency that has over 94,000 votes with only 40 pc projection as a possible turnout selling the government development agenda while at the same time launching various projects among them the last mile connectivity that has seen most homes connected including grass thatched houses.
Recently, he organised empowerment funds drive that have left many self-help groups and individuals empowered, hence endearing the government well to the electorates.
The race has attracted eight candidates who were cleared by the Independent Electoral boundaries Commission among them thr Kenya National Union of Nurses Secretary General Seth Panyako, lawyer and advocate of the high court Edgar Busiega and business man Wilberforce Tuvei.
